“Having been renovated by its new owners in 2020, this popular Somerset pub has established itself as a popular destination for food and drink. A few years on, however, the interiors were beginning to feel tired and no longer reflected the atmosphere the owners wanted to create. The brief was to refresh the space, improve the customer experience and redefine how different areas of the pub were used—all without undertaking any structural alterations.

Through careful space planning and thoughtful interior updates, we helped establish a welcoming environment for customers dropping in for a drink, those lingering longer for a meal and a separate area that could be turned into a party room for those speThe result is a warmer, more cohesive interior that feels both fresh and familiar. By making strategic changes rather than major structural interventions, the pub has regained its sense of balance—offering comfortable spaces for dining, drinking and socialising, while creating a cosier atmosphere that better reflects the character and community spirit of the business”.
